Structural subdivision of the Bereza District Executive Committee
The activities of the institution are carried out within the framework of state and regional cultural development policies.
An important area of work is the creative implementation of artistic projects and programs that reflect the results of the district’s club institutions in developing amateur art and socio-cultural activities.

Every three years, the Bereza district hosts the regional festival of folk humor “Sporaŭskija Žarty”.
